As a result of the recent merger, the Fund Office is making a change to the administration of your Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). Effective March 1, 2023, online access to your HRA Member Portal and MasterCard® will be changing. All current account balances and outstanding employer contributions will be loaded to on the new Member Portal and MasterCard®

What You Need to Know About Your HRA Benefit
HRA Mastercard®
If you are an HRA-eligible Participant, you will receive two (2) new Carpenters HRA Payment Mastercards®, with new numbers, at your home address for your and your family to use.
HRA Member Portal
Check Your HRA Balance, File A Claim, And More! File a claim, view your account activity and check your HRA account balance on demand.
Default username will be:
Your first initial, followed by your last name and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
For example: Joe Wages SS# ends in 1234. His username would be “jwages1234“.
Default Password: “carpenters” (all lowercase)
You will be able to change your password after you log in.
Important Dates
Here is what will be happening over the next few weeks
FEBRUARY 2023
- Friday, February 24th: Current Accounts will be “Blacked-Out”. The Fund will need 5 days to reconcile any account activity and migrate your balance into the new portal. During this 5-day blackout period your current card will not work. Beginning March 1st, you will use your new HRA Card.
MARCH 2023
- March 1st - 3rd: New cards arrive in the mail.
- March 1st: New Account and Card will be live and loaded with your balance to be used going forward.
- March 3rd: All balances and outstanding employer contributions will be loaded to your new portal and card.
