Sleep Apnea Supplies Covered at 100%
The Fund partnered with HCSC to provide CPAP Coverage for Sleep Apnea Care at a lower cost and CPAP Supplies at NO COST to the patient. In order to take advantage of this program, please contact HCSC. All eligible patients treating this condition will be able to purchase a new CPAP Machine through HCSC at the Fund's Allowance (processed at your coverage level's coinsurance: Gold 10%, Silver 30%) and have their supplies shipped directly to them from HCSC on a quarterly basis at no cost.
All patients in the program will be asked to complete the following preventative health screenings.
Between April 1st to March 31st of each year you will need to have:
Two registered dietician/nutritionist visits.
An annual Physical.
An annual Vision Exam.
At least 70% compliance for appropriate use of the supplies.
Please note: Sleep Apnea supplies are only covered through HCSC, otherwise they are not covered.
